How Eat Happy Started

From the age of sixteen to twenty five – I had disordered eating. My self-esteem was weak, and I ate erratically; following different diet styles and gaining and losing weight over and over again.

Through a lot of hard work, support, awareness and mindfulness – I started on the journey to Eat Happy.

I pushed out of my comfort zones time and time again, and learned to trust myself along the way. And then it dawned on me – I was finally Eating Happy. I was relaxed, peaceful and content with my food. I enjoyed eating, I enjoyed moving – I loved my food again.

What I discovered was my Eat Happy philosophy. I learned many ways to get to the point where food is everything you want it to be – but you are the person you need to be. This is what I want to share with you!

I not only want to share with you the delicious food I have created over the last ten years, but also what I call the Eat Happy Mindset. How we eat is as important as what we eat.

Through workshops, talks, e-books and recipe books I want to spread that message far and wide.

I know that there are many people who feel the same way that I did. Confused about their food, their weight and sad that they feel so low about it all.

I want to show you that change is possible. You can Eat Happy!
